Tamica Sears has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in multiple industries, human medicine, animal medicine, mining, and missile defense to name a few. Tamica is the founder of Sears Coaching, an Executive Coaching and Consulting firm as well as a VP of Talent for Atlis Motor Vehicles.
Most of her time in Human Resources has been spent, training and coaching individuals and groups as well as partnering with executive leadership teams to increase their productivity and effectiveness so that they met their strategic goals.

Tamica Sears is a proud mother of 2 adult children and the cutest dog in the country.
Tamica Sears earned her M.A. Leadership from Northern Arizona University B.A. Organizational Development and Psychology from American Intercontinental University. Tamica is originally from Boston, MA, but now calls Phoenix, AZ home. It was there that she received became a Certified Integrative Coach and became an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
